To produce a duct profile that increased the strength of the damper body for both square and round dampers systems.
To develop and test a new production method to reduce both labour and material consumption during the manufacture of the damper system and to further develop Esscano’s competitive pricing policy.
SOLUTION:
To develop a machine which can both roll and bend a new profile, and where both ducting and landing bars are manufactured from the same sheet metal, mild steel, stainless, aluminium or high alloy
EXECUTION:
The machine has been tested and dampers successfully manufactured to their full design specification.
